- 3 Extra parking bays allocated for nursing mothers or elderly guests
- House for use for VIP, elderly, nursing mothers and or children and babysitters
- Includes 2 on-site inspections prior to event with our team – ask about a weekend special to design your day
- A curated vendor list is provided to assist with your planning needs

Event General Information and Additions
- All deliveries, installations and removals are to be done during your Event window and in accordance with our approval times.
- Event and accommodation dates are held for up to 7 days only with an application form
- All events are overseen by our events coordinating team on the day of the event
- All events over 50 guests require an approved Event planner, our team can make recommendations.
- Your wedding planner stylist & or choice of vendors welcomed upon application only. This must be in writing via email.
- You planner will be responsible to ensure all vendors and operators of your choice are accredited and appropriately insureds to operate, and will provide a copy to the Venue team 30 days prior to the event.
- All bus shuttles and returns are booked through our partners at Steve’s Transport
- Maximum Capacity at any time 150 guests
- Venue hours 12 noon-11pm – general events run for a capacity of 8 hours 2.30pm – 10.30pm
- Event guest departure is 11.00pm no exceptions
- Event staff departure is no later than 11.30pm and no pack down allowed during these times.
- Larger events will require a clean up / pack down team for post event.
- Music inside house must be contained after 8.30pm and off by 10.30pm
- Music outside the house must be inside a structure after 8.30pm and overseen by our technician and or coordinator
- DJ’s, solo, duo and trio live music allowed but no big drums, small drums and percussion recommended and upon approval of CE event management
- Musicians and DJ’s recommended by Honey and Stone Music – Ben will assist you with your ideal music or liaise with your preferred musicians or DJ.
- No fireworks allowed in our region for weddings or events
- Open Fires subject to approval
- Events held on Sundays or public holiday will incur a surcharge of 15% due to weekend rates
- Bathrooms are recommended of a ratio for your event 1 – 25 guests
- Our recommended supplier list is emailed you upon booking, these suppliers have been preapproved for your convenience and quality of local recommendation
- NSW RSA staff only on site for serving alcohol
- A generator may be required for your larger event, speak to our team for further details
- Your venue booking includes 1-2 viewings – 1 for general viewing and 1 for you and your suppliers
Additional Costs and Fees
- Extra viewings may incur a fee of $100 to cover staff time
- Additional event guest fee $110 inc. gst per person
- For fashion shoots and commercial hire only $1500 plus gst
- Cleaning fee for accommodation and verandahs is $800 plus gst
- Canam Hire for event coordinator for use to support installation and pack downs $50 per day
- All outdoor areas of lawns may incur an additional cleaning fee if rubbish and glasses are left behind or in pool
- Rubbish removal is $6.60 pp for all events excluding the LW and Ceremony packages
- Accommodation and event reservation fee is 50% of total booking
- Bond is required and refundable
- All payments can be made via transfer or credit card (fees apply on credit cards)
- Cool room must be supplied for all events for food and beverage or can be arranged at a cost of $380 by CE
- Bus shuttle access directly to house for end of night transfers ( costs not included in venue hire, Budget $35 pp )
- SEASONAL RATE INCURRED FOR DECEMBER AND JANUARY BOOKINGS – 20% SURCHARGE
Accommodation
We offer a flat rate for additional accommodation when you book one of our packages. Accommodation only packages are available for holiday and general travel and subject to seasonal rates and availability. Please contact us direct for more information.
Accommodation rate – Price on application
- Accommodation suitable for 5 couples or 10 guests,
- Bedding configuration is 1 x Queen room with ensuite and 4 x Queen rooms + 1 bathroom + 1 inside toilet
- Trundles available upon requests for children or extra guests
- Extra Adult guests staying on trundle is $300 + gst per night including trundle bed + linen
- Rubbish removal included for general stays
Pets
We do our best to accommodate our furry friends please discuss your needs and ideas with us.
Full Dog terms and conditions are provided with your booking contract.
Viewings
Viewings are subject to availability due to accommodation bookings, however please let us know should you require an urgent viewing and we will do our best to accommodate your time. Viewing times are also added to our calendar each month either on a Saturday or Sunday and promoted on our Instagram. These are cost free. Viewings outside our viewing times may incur a fee for staff time of $100 per hour and is invoiced prior to your viewing as confirmation.
